This a replacement for Kino Flo''s 41K Mount with 3/8" Pin It features a "41K" mounting plate designed for specific Kino Flo 2'' and 4'' light fixtures. The plate is attatched to a stainless steel ball joint with a ratcheting handle. The ballhead is well-welded for maximum strength to the the 3/8" pin designed to be mounted to a grip arm or grip head. The 3/8" pin is knurled to prevent rotation when clamped in a grip head.
